The PVSmile consortium successfully held its 2nd Plenary Meeting online on 18 June 2026, bringing together project partners to review progress, discuss ongoing work, and align on the next steps for the first phase of the project.
The meeting covered key project areas, including demonstration activities, inclusive energy communities, smart-grid-ready solutions, community-centred PV lifecycle digitalisation, the PVSmile Digital Assistant, scale-up strategies, and impact maximisation.
Partners exchanged updates on front-runner pilot activities, participatory frameworks, cyber-secure communication and control systems, AI-driven energy management services, replication pathways, policy frameworks, and communication, dissemination and exploitation activities.
The plenary concluded with a coordination session focused on project administration, deliverables, milestones, risks, open issues, and final remarks, helping ensure a common roadmap for the coming months.
